The majority of our team are qualified teachers and some are also official examiners for GCSEs, A Levels and IB.
Each tutor is an expert in their field and has hundreds, if not thousands, of hours teaching experience.

All tutors graduated from prestigious Russell Group Universities, many studied at Oxford or Cambridge University and some hold PhD Doctorate degrees.

ELIZABETH
Founder and CEO
Elizabeth was offered a place to read English Literature at the University of Cambridge but chose to study at Bristol University, before going on to complete her Masters. Elizabeth has over 13 years of international teaching experience. Her clients include royalty and other VVIPs.
She is also a published journalist with Forbes magazine .
RACHEL
Deputy Headteacher and Entrance Exam Specialist
Rachel is a professionally qualified teacher and Deputy Headteacher with over 27 years experience in the independent and state systems.
She has unrivalled experience of working with primary children and is our Entrance Exam Specialist (7+ and 11+). One of her tutees scored 93% in their 11+ exams in 2023.
DEREK
Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Derek is a qualified Maths teacher with 38 years teaching experience. He is currently Head of Maths at a leading independent London day school. Derek is a former examiner for EdExcel and AQA as well as a qualified IB coordinator, giving him a unique understanding into exactly what markers are looking for. He was private tutor to the royal family of Saudi Arabia for a number of years.
BRENDAN
Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths
Brendan is a qualified teacher with over 30 years international experience. He has been Deputy Head of a number of schools and achieved the highly regarded National Professional Qualification for Headteachers. He is currently Head of Science at a leading boys' school. Brendan is trained in Total Physical Response (TPR) to use props and fun resources to engage students online.
EMILIA
Entrance Exams (7+, 11+ and 13+), History and University/Oxbridge Applications
Emilia a qualified teacher, with a PGCE from the University of Oxford and a Masters in History from the University of Cambridge.
Emilia is an entrance exam specialist and has helped students secure places at some of the most prestigious schools in the UK at 11+ and 13+ level (including Eton, Harrow, Highgate, Merchant Taylor School, St Paul’s and Latymer).

Emilia is also Head of History and an official A Level examiner. She supports Oxbridge and UCAS candidates applying to University.
ANNETTE
English and History
Annette is a highly regarded qualified English and History teacher with over 35 years experience. She has been a GCSE examiner for Pearson/Edexcel, CIE and OCR for the last 25 years, something that gives her students a unique edge.
She is also a practitioner for the National Tutoring Programme, delivering tailored online tutorials to students who are struggling post-pandemic. Annette has extensive SEN experience.
ELLE
Primary Specialist, Entrance Exams (7+, 11+ and 13+) and Maths
Elle is one of our top Entrance Exam Specialists, helping students secure offers from the most competitive schools (including St Paul’s, City of London, Dulwich College and Perse School) at both 7+ and 11+ levels. A qualified teacher, she has particular experience teaching Primary age students and Maths through to A Level.
Due to Elle’s outstanding practice, she has been selected to mentor PGCE placement students from Cambridge University.
DANIEL
History, Economics and Sociology
Daniel is a dedicated tutor, with examiner experience and a real passion for educational social enterprises. He teaches History, Sociology and Economics from GCSE to University level. Daniel has provided expert 1-2-1 educational support since 2009. He takes a creative approach to tutorials, bringing subjects to life by using a variety of teaching styles and resources.
DAVID
Sciences, Maths and Oxbridge Entrance
David studied Biology and Chemistry at Cambridge University before completing his four-year Master’s in Natural Sciences with a year in the lab researching protein misfolding in Parkinson’s disease. David subsequently spent time working as a laboratory science teaching fellow at St. John’s Leatherhead boarding school in the UK. He has over 13 years international teaching experience (including for royalty) and speaks French fluently.
