ACADEMIC ASSESSMENTS: KS1 - A LEVEL
Curious to know how clever your child really is? Considering changing schools and need to understand if your child stands a chance in the Entrance Exams?

Whether you're exploring your child's potential or preparing for the 11+, an academic assessment offers an objective, detailed picture of where your child is at.
​
All assessments are conducted by our Head of Academics, a qualified teacher who has assessed numerous children across their extensive career.

The assessment is formed of three parts:
​
Test: Students are set relevant papers, based on their subjects, age and ambitions (i.e. 13+ entrance). The tests are challenging and designed to see where their outer limits lie.
Meet: Students meet with our Head of Academics for a 30 minute video call. This is to assess how students present themselves in person, but also to probe into particular areas of the assessment that were weaker.
Report: Our Head of Academics reviews their findings and collates them into a report. This detailed document breaks down your child's performance into areas of strength and weakness. Comment is offered on your child's current profile and - if relevant - academic prospects. Recommendations are also made on how to improve performance.
